Can I pick-up my happi in Japan? #

Yes! We encourage you to pick-up your happi in person at the 6th fes. & EXPO 2025 venue, Makuhari Messe, if you're able to.

Pick-ups are currently planned for the following dates:

• March 7th, 2025 (Friday): Available somewhere in the Makuhari Messe vicinity after 8:00pm.
• March 8th, 2025 (Saturday): Available for the whole day either inside or outside Makuhari Messe.
• March 9th, 2025 (Sunday): Available for the whole day either inside or outside Makuhari Messe.

How much does international shipping cost? #

• Japan: Free.
• South Korea, Taiwan, China: $6.90 USD.
• Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore & The Rest of Asia: $9.90 USD.
• United States of America: $14.90 USD.
• Europe, Oceania, Middle East: $16.90 USD.
• Africa & The Rest of the World: $19.90 USD.

When will I receive my happi? #

We are currently on track to meet our initial fulfillment deadline of Early-February 2025. However, due to possible shipment delays, we cannot guarantee that your happi will be delivered to you before 6th fes. The below list shows the approximate amount of time it will take for your package to reach you:

• Japan: 1-2 days.
• South Korea, Taiwan: 2-3 days.
• Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore & The Rest of Asia: 3-5 days.
• United States of America: 5-7 days.
• New Zealand, Australia & Canada: 5-9 days.
• Europe & The Rest of the World: 7-15 days.

If you need your happi ASAP, we suggest getting a Japanese proxy address (such as Blackship) and arranging your own shipping method.

What sizes are available for the Happi? #

The sizes of the happi are as follows:

• Size L: 82cm (32.3") length, 64cm (25.2") width, 36cm (14.2") sleeves
• Size XL: 95cm (37.4") length, 75cm (29.5") width, 38cm (15") sleeves

If you are below 182cm in height (6'), then the L size will fit you fine. Because of the extra cost of the XL size due to manufacturer constraints, you will likely only want to consider the XL size if the L size will not fit you (i.e. anyone who is 182cm or 6' or above).

What is the price of the happi? #

The prices of the happi are:

• L size: US$72.00
• XL size: US$93.00

The reason that the price for an XL size happi is so high is because of the MOQ of our manufacturer is separated by size, meaning that a lower number of orders for the XL size results in significantly higher manufacturing costs compared to the L size.
